The Justice Department (DOJ) has weighed in on a dispute between the right to exercise one’s religious freedom with local and state official’s efforts to contain the spread of the CCP virus [COVID-19]. This tension has sparked multiple lawsuits across the country.
As the burgeoning CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic continues to reshape American society, many churches and religious institutions have also come up with creative ways to continue with faith-based activities while abiding by social distancing requirements. But in some areas, churches have faced challenges from local and state authorities for their efforts. . . .

Wearing a mask to help stop the Coronavirus from spreading? Really? Government says wear mask to get food. When you were a mask your Immune system becomes weaker. Why? Everyday our bodies fight off bugs at home, at the beach and at work or play. How? God gave us the Immune system to fight off bugs. Masks stop us from doing this. Why is our government telling us to wear masks? Healthy people should be doing just the opposite!! Most Doctors would agree with me. Our Doctors in charge from CDC for our Government are telling us the wrong thing! Why? Money? Power? Do they all of us to get sick? Sadly I am not sure what they are thinking. God’s Word is so richly alive, always accomplishing God’s purposes.
Thank you for sharing this true picture of God’s incomparable power. All the follies of the “Egyptians” are chaff blown by the righteous wind of the Holy Spirit. Look at God’s Word through Isaiah. HERE is our God, powerful and riding on a swift cloud. Our enemies are but a moment’s nuisance and then . . . they are gone.
What is more fun, exciting, interesting, rewarding, blessed, life-giving, and all things good and wonder-filled than God’s Word and His Kingdom?

I am thankful for being “rooted and grounded” in God’s Word which continually assures me of His unchanging love and faithfulness.
I suspect COVID 19 is not the first concocted virus loosed in the U.S.
I am thankful for a President willing to pursue facts of a matter to a verifiable conclusion – one who demonstrates a non-relativistic mindset operating free from the “dialectic.”
That said, I confess my confusion at the fact that our President precipitated our current national predicament which seemingly violates and even works against everything he publicly avows, and has, heretofore, practiced.
His actions have truly thrown me for a loop.
That’s life for ya, though. Just when I think maybe I have an inkling of what God is up to, I see that I do not. lol
You have my prayers and empathy.
Socialism cannot abide free enterprise, private property nor individual rights.
Individualism does not exist in the godless, socialist collective.
Lawlessness punishing righteousness is our adversary’s modus operandi and end game.
However, believers still maintain personal, 24/7 access to Jesus, Highest Authority in Heaven and Earth.
Here is my request to our Living Lord.
Lord, as you have instructed in the treasure-house of Your Word, please “assail” the fully armed Oregon O.C.H.A. strong man – whom you have already defeated at the Cross (John 12:31-32, Colossians 2:15) — and “plunder” Your goods said adversary is guarding in defiance of Your will, overcoming Him by You power and grace, based on the truth and meaning of Your Words rather than according to my limited understanding. Father, please be glorified in Your Son as He exercises His authority and will for oppressed and mistreated citizens in Oregon. Thank You.

Whatever our adversary deprives believers of in this life, God restores to us in eternity.
Whatever wounds our adversary strikes against us in this life, God heals even the memory of in eternity.
God Himself wipes away every tear caused by worldly strife and woe.
Whatever our weaknesses and failings of faith in this life, believers still belong to God. We are still redeemed.
Satan is not redeemed and never will be.
We contend against an already defeated foe.

I completely relate to your dilemma. Druggies and
their carloads of criminal hangers-on squatted in a house on a nearby street for MONTHS after default of payment and foreclosure. The courts kept restricting their eviction. What an eye-opener for me about the way the world really works.
I am thankful beyond words that I belong to Jesus’ Kingdom.

Might I add the fact that the O.C.H.A. ‘police’ are inspecting businesses to see if they are complying to the Governor’s Oregon mandate’s because of people calling in a turning in their employer’s. If you do not comply you will be fined or shut down. OSHA is encouraging turning in their employers. They are telling people that employers are not paying employees enough. If you own a small business you cannot survive this atmosphere. There are so many regulations and rules it’s becoming impossible to survive. WE no longer have a rights. And as a person who owns a rental, I have no rights there either. Nine members of my family live in Spain; they are church planter missionaries. One family is in the north, the other in the south. My son told me yesterday that Spain was so unprepared and the President so inept that citizens had to ask the King for help with this pandemic. Even with his help if a C-virus patient is over 70 they are letting them die and denying them a ventilator.

state and federal representatives “elected” by a ballot which offers candidates from only ONE party? (i.e. CA)
secret, unquestioned testimony in a democracy with a “given” right for the accused to face an accuser in open court
[Even a hurting, traumatized, violated child is required to appear and even to testify in open court as a procedural part of filing criminal charges against someone.
I am incapable of expressing the intensity of the full measure of my disgust for the cowards who effected the travesty of an impeachment against our President who is duly elected by the will of the American electorate, unlike House Representatives on the undeniably fraudulent CA ballot.]

“Legislation, as well as state electoral process, which set aside our citizens’ immutable rights to open, verifiable due process and unrestricted informed consent are not binding upon U.S. citizens.”

Do kids get their basketball hoops back?
Do citizens get their crime-taped-off, barricaded city, county, and national parks back?
Do health and recreational facilities get to re-open with creative time-slot sign-up schedules for paying members?
Do private schools with small class-size get to re-open to educate their paying students?
Do small business owners with ten or less staff persons get to go back to work?
Do citizens get to walk our nation’s beaches without police citation?
Respectfully, I would like to see our DOJ about the procedures of rendering JUSTICE for citizens harmed by officials who violate our oaths of office. Taxpayers end up paying for most lawsuits, regardless of the outcome, while offending elected officials suffer no penalties.
Costly-to-citizens lawsuits seems scant protection from officials who continually violate our Constitution with impunity.

It stuck me, reading the description. The world, including America and Western free-nations , have been extremely in your face with the sins of abortion, LBGTQ, and the occult and ecumenism (the Catholics, their pope, have embraced Islam and Allah as their god) in the church. Conditions today sound similar to what Isaiah 19 describes, and also Jesus used the same language describing the end-of-the age in Mat. 24. Wars, fighting, insane confusion (leaders acting irrationally) commerce destroyed, employers and employees dejected.
Isaiah 19 Behold, the Lord is riding on a swift cloud and is about to come to Egypt;
The idols of Egypt will tremble at His presence,
And the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them.
2 “So I will incite Egyptians against Egyptians;

So this virus was purposefully created in the Wuhan Lab as part of biological warfare. Left to nature this transmission would never have happened. It was manipulated by a woman scientist to transfer quickly to humans. This is so alarming and sad. Communism has no good outcomes ever. Many Christians are in concentration camps there or worse.
