After reading this today the thought and truth is that after calling on and believing Jesus died for all sinners there is that born again moment. The heart has changed. The old “self” has passed away and all things are made new. With this change love grows in our heart. The Holy Spirit teaches us how to walk and to grow in love. Everyday my prayer is to be more like Him. Thanking our Savior today and praying that everyday this new heart will grow in love. Thank you Lighthouse Trails for this great truth today!

Second Corinthians 5:15-And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves but unto him which died for them and rose again. John 19:30. The Lord Jesus Christs cry finished tells us Gods Son, who was sinless, who could not sin died for all us on the cross of Calvary and when I trusted him as my personal Savior I should live a life for him with the help of The Holy Spirit and be dead to my old sinful life. We love Him because He first Loved me. He shed His Blood on the cross so that are sins will be remembered no more!!! What a great Savior we have!!! Legalism of the Holiness Movement, Calvinism and the hyper-charismatic movement’s are very sad. All of them seem to have the same problem. They have no verses in the Bible to prove what they believe or they change wording or they cherry-pick a verse out of context. We need to pray for all of them.

    From a study I’m working on….

Death is not the Saint’s “calling card” because we’re alive with Life because of the Holy Spirit in us. The dark grave is reserved for death… where we’ve buried our trust in dead flesh from a dead world—we now trust in the Lord Jesus Christ… so, we want to keep it buried, through the power of the Holy Spirit, for good.
