“House Approves Bill Barring States From Restricting Abortions”

The House of Representatives approved a bill on Sept. 24 that, if the Senate follows suit and the measure is signed into law, would bar states from restricting abortions. . . .
The legislation states that abortion services are a constitutional right, as decided by the Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade, although that access to abortion “has been obstructed across the United States in various ways,” including by state laws.
It also states that health care providers would be able to carry out abortions with virtually no limitations or requirements, a provision aimed at pre-empting new state laws, as well as superseding some current laws at the state level. Click here to continue reading.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Looks like the House voted for illegal legislation it looks like it violates the 10th Amendment and worse G-D’s law of not killing by trying to prevent states from making anti-abortion laws.

What has always driven me to sniff anything available is the support of abortion by any “Human Rights Movement/Organisation.”
It is the biggest oxymoron in action, I aver.
