Hitching Post Lakeside ChapelThe city of Coeur d’Alene in Idaho has reportedly realized that a for-profit wedding chapel owned by Christian ministers Donald Knapp and his wife, Evelyn, can refuse to perform same-sex marriages without violating “non-discrimination” laws.
