We would like to send a thank-you to Warren Smith for his efforts in exposing new age teaching. Recently our daughter returned home from school with a paper from her _____ class. On the paper was a quote from [New Ager] Marianne Williamson with a notation regarding A Course in Miracles. Because we had heard Warren speak in northern Alberta at a conference about this, our daughter realized at once what it was. We are so thankful for his book ‘The Light that was Dark’ which exposes this false ‘gospel’ and speaks of the wonderful hope and salvation we have in Jesus Christ. Reading parts of the book again together with our daughter was encouragement to us knowing that others understand what is happening and are there to come alongside with direction. Had we not had the opportunity to hear Warren and listen to some of his DVDs, we would not have realized what this was about. Today our daughter gave a copy of the book to her _______ teacher.
Thank-you again; we didn’t know how to make contact but would appreciate it if you would forward this to him. We pray that his ministry will continue to alert many to the dangers that exist, but also that we have a wonderful Saviour who has overcome the ‘world’.
