A couple years ago, my husband and I saw some red flags in the church we were attending, so we decided to try a new church. We had been reading through the Bible and studying, and that was the only way we were able to see the false teachings that are being taught in a lot of churches. Now we have seen everything from Preterism to mystical type teaching, some Roman Catholicism, and more! Satan is really targeting the church right now in these last days!

Yes, we must study to show ourselves approved to God, handling accurately His Word! We must know our Bibles from cover to cover as this is our sword against satanic false teachings running amuck in our churches. Christ only used Scripture to defeat satan as satan misquoted the Old Testament.
Yes C.M. Agree reading thru and studying, becoming very familiar with His word is essential to getting understanding which we must have to be able to stand.
One verse has helped me more than any other, that verse is Proverbs 25:2 KJB; knowing what He glories in doing has for me opened up His word for me. There is much concealed by the HS, but He is Only in the KJB, and can prove this, look at Isaiah 53:8 was He taken FROM judgment as only KJB says or was He taken BY judgment as NIV/NASB and others say? If you turn to Acts 8:33 KJB thee HS confirms He is in KJB not in the NIV or NASB et. al.
Look also at FROM and PRISON, have found the same Hebrew words under them have been translated in other OT usages as THROUGH and OPPRESSION, wow huh!/? How could that be(?), Proverbs 25:2 (!), HS used the ignorance of translators of His specific context to conceal a matter for us to search Him out, it proves as said HS is in text of KJB only; compare the NIV and NASB here too, you will see their’s are actual errors unlike KJB which is a concealment, designed by HS.
What is this judgment that was taken FROM Him? See Proverbs 21:15, then look at Job 29, all of his words, focus in one verse 14 change righteousness here to JUSTICE, then turn to Psalm 37:34 where we are told to keep His way, what is His way? Turn to Genesis 18:19 to understand His way, and what it is, keeping in mind Proverbs 21:15. Job metaphorically clothed himself in the way of the Lord and it brought him joy, you will understand his joy when you read Job 29, carefully.

Secret Service folks study real currency as part of their training to detect counterfeit currency. They don’t study the counterfeit, but the real.
With so much deception swirling about, our only safety is within the sheepfold of God’s Word.
