  1. Very chilling and true. Having been saved out of the new age I resonate with thus article and shudder to think I had fallen for all these deceptions including maitreya and ACIM especially as a former born again believer. What you have written here I haven’t seen anywhere else but its been on my mind lately that maitrya is the anti christ and sadly his way has been prepared by his false prophets like Bailey and creme. It’s so sad that the strong delusion will get billions and they shall end up in hell. Fills me with great dead and sense of urgency. May the Lord Jesus have mercy on all of us and keep us close to him lest we be captured by these falsehood. He is the way and if we love him and obey him We will hear his voice and he will keep us from falling. Thank you warren
Keep sounding the alarm. You have encouraged me to keep doing the same.

    Well said TI as well

I have come up with a gentle approach for confronting/rejecting those who, irrespective of motive, seek to introduce me to another Jesus or another approach to Jesus.
Jesus does communicate directly to me in and through the Bible. Had He needed to tell more, He would not have left unsaid or untaught. I know with absolute certitude, that the Holy Writ is God breathed inspired canonical plenary inerrant complete. Can you say the same for every word in “Jesus Calling”? Christians have the duty to carefully examine anything that claims to be spoken by Jesus. There are only 2 possible outcomes. Either it is to added to the Bible or it is to be utterly discarded. there is no middle ground.
Jesus is immutable He is the same yesterday today and forever. He will never contradict what He has already spoken.
heed to ominous warnings in Jer., specifically chapter 23 The entire chapter is speaking of God’s righteous anger against any who speak falsely in His name, who put words in His mouth that He did not say. :40 And I will bring upon you everlasting approach and perpetual shame, which shall not be forgiven.
The sin of not exposing and condemning false teachers is as evil as the sin of speaking falsely in His name.

I am wondering the same thing. Is this a demonic spirit (whose messages were chanelled) or a human being?? It seems the New Age is awaiting the appearance of this entity, false Christ, named Maitreya.

As I was looking up the meaning of the word “adiaphora,” (which means according to Wikipedia: “In Christianity, “adiaphora” are matters not regarded as essential to faith, but nevertheless as permissible for Christians or allowed in church. What is specifically considered adiaphora depends on the specific theology in view.”), I came across this quote that I liked:

“The Puritan position on worship is thus in line with the common saying regarding adiaphora: “In necessary things, unity; in doubtful things, liberty; in all things, charity”.”

Sadly in our day evil is called good, and good evil… The “apostasy” is in full bloom, especially considering what is taking place in the Southern Baptist Convention!

But I must proclaim the words of a great man of God:

Isaiah 5:20 “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Isaiah 5:21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

Isaiah 5:22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

Isaiah 5:23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

Isaiah 5:24 Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.”

Read the rest of that passage… It doesn’t bode well for those who stand against God, especially when they use the name of Jesus Christ to corrupt and lead astray innocent unsuspecting souls!

May God have mercy on His people who truly love Him!

    Very interesting comments!

That ole Devil has been very slow and calculated in his evil plan to deceive God’s people in order to lead them astray… But praise God, we serve the Almighty, who knows all things, and we can trust the LORD God to use ALL things, even what Satan intends for evil, and turn it around for the good of those who love God!

Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to HIS purpose.” Amen!

I pray for those who are walking in Darkness, yet know not where they are going! I used to be there, but thank God He rescued me!

Another wonderful and helpful work by Warren … and his wife : )

Yet the overall Church lacks concern about and love for the truth, and lacks alarm over harmful teachings.

Editors and joint heirs in Christ,
This could be the most important piece that you have ever written. The delusion is so great in size that it takes an article great in size to expose it.
i have come to suspect that a key part of the great delusion will not just be pastors believing it. Rather it will also be pastors that are blinded and unable to see it. Not one of the Disciples could see that Judas would conspire to betray Jesus. How many times did Jesus say to them, ” you still do not understand”?
There seems to be a complete spiritual blindness afoot in the world. Some are so focused upon John 17 unity they are blind to the deception.
They minimize the deceptions and classify them in the adiaphora, non-essential category. They are convinced that as long their congregations are growing God is pleased with them.
Therefore they view people like you as those who stir up strife rather than as great defenders of the faith.
They are now acting like Saul of Tarsus who believed he was doing good by persecuting Christians.
