Depositions are set this fall for the civil case arising from the criminal cases. Janet Jenkins is suing anyone and everyone involved with Lisa since 2008. I am one – I am Co-Founder and President of 419 Fund, which is raising funds for Isabella as well as Philip Zodhiates. Philip is sitting in a prison cell in Ashland, KY serving his 3-year prison sentence for giving Lisa and Isabella a ride from Lynchburg, VA to Buffalo, NY – a kind Christian gesture – now criminalized in America. Lisa had full custody of her daughter (biological, mind you), no travel restrictions and full possession of their passports – she could have legally gone any where in the world. NO CRIMES WERE COMMITTED.

Dear Ernest,
We received your comments on our site regarding Philip Zodhiates. Yes, the civil case from Vermont courts and the Southern Poverty Law Center is still active. However, the presiding court has continually postponed the trial, and Philip is not told why. Of course, it is the hope that eventually it will be permanently put to rest. Philip is still hoping for a pardon from President Trump, but that too has not happened. Donations are going to his past, current, and probable future legal expenses. It breaks our hearts when we think of how much he and his family have suffered over this whole situation, but whenever we talk to him, he always is an example of putting his trust in the Lord in all things. Truly, an unsung, unseen hero for today. Thank you for asking about him Ernest. May we tell him that you inquired about him? We’re sure it will encourage him.

Christians need to pray that the Lord will give Lisa, Isabella and Philip help during this trying time. The corruption of the courts In Canada and America is disgracefully against Christianity. The LGBT agenda against the family unit is in full swing. The New World Order is Satanic. The BLM leaders are lesbians who hate the family unit. They’re Marxist/Anarchists/Communist agitators that are trying to destroy America and eliminate Christianity. We Christians need to wake up and pray that God forgives us for being so blind. Spiritual Warfare is coming to a head. Are we ready to stand for our faith? Our power is in prayer and telling the world Christ is the only way to Heaven with preaching The Gospel in Gods Holy Word. Gods Word is Truth.
