On September 25th, both “From the Lighthouse” blog and the Lighthouse Trails Publishing site had database issues at the server level. If you had tried to access either of these sites, you may not have been able to do so. We are happy to report that technicians have corrected both problems and the sites are now up and running smoothly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Also, just as a reminder, as we have mentioned in the past, some of our readers have reported to us that at times they believe their emails are not reaching us. In addition, some callers have told us that their phone calls to us will not go through or they receive an operator saying the number is no longer in service. And, a number of customers have told us in the past that when they try to order our books through their local bookstores, they are told that these books are no longer in print.
While we cannot explain all of these occurrences, we want to assure you that we are here working, answering emails, letters, and phone calls, and our books are in the major distributor warehouses available to virtually any store in North America. If you are told anything different or if your calls and emails do not go through, please persist. We are here.
