Instead, the Obama administration wants the evangelical Christian family deported.<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170823041447\/http:\/\/radio.foxnews.com\/toddstarnes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Romeike-Family-jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" alt=\"Romeike Family jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20160414182153\/http:\/\/radio.foxnews.com\/toddstarnes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Romeike-Family-jpg-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>An Immigration judge granted them asylum in 2010 after the family revealed they were facing criminal prosecution for homeschooling their children.
