DALLAS, Texas \u2014<\/strong> A leadership and motivational speaker recently delivered what he called a \u201cprophetic prayer\u201d to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump via his attorney, claiming that God has given Trump \u201can anointing for the mantle of government.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lance Wallnau of Dallas posted a video on Facebook on Tuesday that showed the speaker\u00a0encouraging Christians at an event in North Carolina to support\u00a0Trump. He was surrounded by scores of attendees who cheered for the presidential candidate with their hands raised in the air.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy dear Michael Cohen,\u201d Wallnau states, referring to Trump\u2019s attorney, \u201cI am here with a group of people that are praying for and encouraging Mr. Donald Trump. These are the tribe; would you all encourage him!\u201d . . .<\/p>\n

Wallnau was among those present last month when over 30 members of the clergy met with Trump<\/a> [including David Jeremiah] at his New York City tower and laid hands on him to pray for his potential presidency.
