\nMay 3 – UN’s ‘Absurd’ Birthday Present to Israel: Resolution Brands Them ‘Occupiers’<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the same day Israel celebrated its 69th birthday, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, better known as UNESCO, passed a resolution declaring Israel an “occupying power” in Jerusalem.\u00a0 \u00a0“All legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel, the occupying power, which have altered or purport to alter the character and status of the Holy City of Jerusalem, and in particular the “basic law” on Jerusalem, are null and void and must be rescinded forthwith,” the resolution stated.
