{"id":2904,"date":"2010-02-03T02:58:24","date_gmt":"2010-02-03T06:58:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lighthousetrailsresearch.com\/blog\/?p=2904"},"modified":"2025-07-09T16:48:22","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T23:48:22","slug":"rifqas-parents-renege-on-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lighthousetrailsresearch.com\/blog\/rifqas-parents-renege-on-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Rifqa&#8217;s parents renege on agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chad Groening &#8211; <em>OneNewsNow<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The head of a Christian ministry dedicated to exposing the truth about Islam says she&#8217;s not surprised that the Muslim parents of a Christian convert from Islam have decided to backtrack on an agreement that allows\u00a0their daughter\u00a0to stay with foster parents until her 18th birthday.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0As\u00a0previously reported, Ohio authorities recently announced a court settlement that permitted 17-year-old Rifqa Bary to remain free from her Muslim parents.
