Arizona’s a “happen” place! Digital City’s Digitalicity.com recently reported that Big Pornography is “moving to Phoenix, Ariz….Phoenix may replace San Fernando Valley, Calif. as the porn capitol of America.’<\/p>\n

Why? “In September the Los Angeles-based AIDS Healthcare Foundation filed\u00a0complaints against 16 porn studios” to OSHA “for failing to require porn actors to wear condoms.” Does this mean Arizona will allow Big Pornography to illegally subject its workers to infectious sex acts for profit? Digital says new Arizona pornographers are turning their homes into pornography agencies where they film erototoxic sex abuses “sans neighboring onlookers.”<\/p>\n

However, the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH), like California, “operates under an approved plan with the U.S. Department of Labor to retain jurisdiction over occupational safety and health issues within Arizona.”<\/p>\n

Like California, Arizona also requires that employers “provide a safe and healthful workplace for employees, and pay the costs of their health and safety program.” The Act has jurisdiction over employers in the sex business like all other businesses.<\/p>\n

Arizona law requires its “Workplace Safety Poster must be no smaller than 8.5 x 14 inches” and that it be posted in all workplaces.
