Any\u00a0differences between the two religions are viewed to be only apparent, not actual. Only the names are different. Muslims call Him Allah, while Christians address Him as\u00a0Lord. The singleness of God\u00a0is thought to be an ecumenical rallying point, a\u00a0basis\u00a0for mutual understanding, if not\u00a0spiritual unity, between the two religions.<\/p>\n<p>Unfolding acts of terrorism committed in the name of Allah against the &#8220;Christian&#8221; west however, strategically challenge\u00a0thoughts of unity.
