Paul Proctor has an insightful article about Rick Warren’s rejection of biblical evangelism in exchange for an interspiritual social gospel. Warren is playing a key role in the spiritual shift taking place. No longer is the Great Commission front and center, but rather good works, as Christians set aside differences with those following pagan religions and link arms with them to make the world a better place. Good works are the hallmark of true believers, but they should be done exclusively in the name of Jesus and with the Gospel at the heart of it. That is not what Rick Warren is advocating as he spoke before thousands of Muslims at a recent convention. For links and source, click here.
