The following notice is for those who currently subscribe to or plan to subscribe to our mailed-out Research Journal.
*The Journal is different than the e-newsletter that is e-mailed 2X/month.
Dear Lighthouse Trails Research Journal Subscriber:
The Lighthouse Trails Research Journal is now becoming a quarterly journal, sent out four times a year instead of the present six times a year. For nearly seven years, since January of 2013, we have done the bi-monthly journal. We know our changing to a quarterly will be disappointing to some, but after several months of prayer and consideration, it seems to be the most prudent decision for us at this time largely because of the labor intensity of producing the journal.
On a positive note, the quarterly journal will be 40 pages instead of the current 36, providing four extra pages of content. Also, the yearly subscription fees will be lower: for Canada, the cost will be $22/ year instead of $29; for other international addresses, the cost will be $34/year instead of $42; and the U.S. subscription will now be $14/year.
For subscribers who still have issues remaining on their current subscriptions, we will be extending those subscriptions to compensate for the decrease in number of journals during the year so that these subscribers will still get the number of issues they originally paid for, just spread out in a longer length of time. Please see the extension information below.
We thank you for your understanding as we make this transition. We appreciate your continued interest in Lighthouse Trails and hope we may serve the body of Christ for many years to come.
With sincerity,
The Editors at Lighthouse Trails
NEW QUARTERLY SCHEDULE: Spring (mailed 2/7/20), Summer (mailed 5/1/20), Fall (mailed 8/7/20), and Winter (mailed 11/6/20). Journals are mailed out via bulk mail and generally take 6-10 days to arrive.
SUBSCRIPTION EXTENSIONS: If you have issues still left on your current subscription as of January 2020, your subscription will be extended so that you will receive the same number of issues you paid for (e.g., if you have three issues left on your current subscription, your subscription is extended through the Fall 2020 issue giving you the three remaining issues you paid for). If you have questions about your subscription, please feel free to call us at any time for further detail.
RENEWING: You won’t need to worry about knowing when to renew. As always, we will send you a yellow reminder notice with your last issue, which will give you time to renew so you’ll have uninterrupted delivery.
