This is happening in the US as well as all around the world. It’s sad to see that these denominations have become comfortable, powerful, successful and unable to relinquish their hold on it all. Rather than be faithful to the truth of the Gospel, they have become idol worshippers, departing from the faith. We must not be surprised, Jesus warned us. Pray that you be counted worthy to enter the kingdom. Jesus is separating the sheep from the goats!!

The local church is totally indifferent, does not even want to know about these departures from thee truth. In my church all they want to do is stick with prepackaged Bible study tools while they await thee pre trib rapture- they are not interested in the word of God at all actually. Nothing matters to them but that we agree on Jesus, thee details are irrelevant as they only divide. Matthew 24:29-31
    King James Version
29 Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a TRUMPET and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

It is all part of the great falling away.
Unfortunately my husband and I had to leave our church after they voted to allow liberty to the LGBT community. This is the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
The pastors we given liberty of conscience, but the whole spiritual atmosphere changed.

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 2 Timothy 4:2-4
